This was another fantastic book. Took me a while to get through it as we had some busy weekends. We went to NC to visit family, we went to NYC for First Responder's Day at WTC. Well worth the wait though.

I had a wonderful time at Lisa's house. She has a beautiful house surrounded by so much land... and great dogs. She spoke for over an hour and is so engaging. I cannot wait to keep reading her books.

Another great one... finished just in time to go to her house in a few hours. I'm super excited... should be a great day. I went and got the next two books at the library yesterday so I'm ready to keep going. She is such a great writer!

It's high time for another Lisa book. I'm actually reading this one on my computer. It kept not being available at the library so I downloaded the Kindle app on my notebook and bought it. I am going to her house on Sunday. Yup... that's awesome. She's really funny and I love her books... can't wait to pet her dogs.

Nina Sankovitch "Tolstoy and the Purple Chair"

This was an interesting book. Not only is she reading a book a year but she is mourning the loss of her sister. Hard to read at times... it's a loss I cannot imagine. She also reads books I would consider more "uppity" than my reading tastes. We read one common book "Love Walked In". I loved it... well she didn't. Thought it was too simple or something. It's cool... that's the beauty of reading. There are so many books we don't have to like the same things.
